News Maker is a card game that criticizes the practice of publishing exaggerated news stories in today Hong Kong.

Some players may take up the role of “news maker” who creates fake news by combing factual information with the supervisor’s instructions. The winner goes to the player whose story fulfills the requirements set by the supervisor, and is well scored by the other players who take up the role of “news reader”.
